By accessing and using Onalyst ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Onalyst is an AI-powered clinical documentation platform designed for healthcare providers. The Service provides voice recording, transcription, and AI-generated clinical notes to assist in medical documentation.

3. HIPAA Compliance

Onalyst is designed to be HIPAA-compliant. We implement appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the privacy and security of Protected Health Information (PHI). Healthcare providers using Onalyst must execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Review all AI-generated content before clinical use
  • Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated clinical notes are provided as suggestions only and must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a licensed healthcare provider before being used for clinical purposes. Onalyst is not responsible for clinical decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and audit logging. All data is stored in AWS Canada (ca-central-1) region with appropriate compliance certifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Onalyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
